Penn State Harrisburg’s men’s and women’s cross country teams took part in the Messiah College Invitational on Saturday morning, Sept. 28, taking advantage of the opportunity to compete with two of the top programs in the nation.
After a two-week break from competition, Penn State Harrisburg’s men’s and women’s cross country teams returned to action at the Charger Invitational hosted by Lancaster Bible on Friday evening, Sept. 20.
Penn State Harrisburg’s men’s and women’s cross country programs opened their 2019 campaigns by taking part in the annual Dutchmen Invitational hosted by Lebanon Valley at Union Canal Tunnel Park on Saturday morning, Sept. 7.

Kulkarni Theatre in the Student Enrichment Center, awarding year-end accolades, team MVP honors and scholar-athlete award recognition as part of the celebration of the College’s athletic achievement from the 2018-19 season.

Lancaster, Pa- The Penn State Harrisburg Women’s Cross Country finished 10th as team at the Charger Invitational hosted by Lancaster Bible. The Lions top finisher was Jameraqui May who finished the 6K event in a time of 33:30.5.

Grantham, Pa- Penn State Harrisburg as a team finished fifth at the Messiah College Invitational. Sephora Senestant was the top finisher for the Lions with a time of 31:32. She was followed closely by Kim Cunningham who finished with a time of 33:10.
Dallas Pa. - The Penn State Harrisburg men and women's cross-country teams traveled to the Misericorida Cougar Classic Saturday September 16th for their second meet of the year. Kadeem Willis led the Blue and White men while Sephora Senestant led the women.
HARRISBURG, Pa. – Penn State Harrisburg Women’s Cross Country team was picked 10th in the Preseason CAC poll. The Lions return top performer Veronica Repetz from last years team. Repetz finished 29th in the CAC Championships last fall with a time 25:58 in the 6K event.
Middletown, Pa. - On Friday, June 23rd, Athletic Director, Rahsaan Carlton announced that Penn State Harrisburg men’s soccer forward Victor Weaver and cross country/women’s track and field standout Ashley Williams were named the school’s 2016-2017 Male and Female Student-Athletes of the Year.
Center Valley, Pa.- The Penn State Harrisburg men’s and women’s cross country teams travelled to DeSales University on Saturday November 11th for the NCAA Mideast Regional Championship. Several runners had strong finishes to the end of the fall season on both the men’s and women’s side.
Hershey Pa. - The Penn State Harrisburg women's cross country team hosted the 2016 Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) cross country championships Saturday October 29th at Hershey Entertainment and Resorts. Freshman Veronica Repetz led the Lady Lions with her time of 25:58.
The 2016 CAC Women's Cross Country Championship meet will be hosted by Penn State Harrisburg this Saturday at the Hershey Entertainment Complex in Hershey, Pa. Race time for women's 6k is set for noon. The men's race will precede the women's at 11 a.m.
Center Valley, Pa.- The Penn State Harrisburg men’s and women’s cross country teams traveled to DeSales on Saturday October 8th for the DeSales Invitational. Overall the men placed 26th out of 38 teams while the women finished 30th out of a total of 35 teams.
Dickinson, Pa.- The Penn State Harrisburg men’s and women’s cross country teams returned to action on Saturday when they traveled to Dickinson to participate in the 2016 Dickinson Long/Short Invitational.
Lebanon, Pa.- Veronica Repetz and Edgar Makimoto led the way for Penn State Harrisburg’s cross country teams at the 44th annual Dutchmen Invitational, held at Union Canal Tunnel Park on Saturday September 10th.
YORK, Pa. - - Three-time defending champion Christopher Newport was once again selected as the preseason favorite to win the conference this fall, as the Captains totaled eight first-place votes and 80 points to lead the way in a vote of the CAC women's cross country coaches.

Middletown, Pa. - Penn State Harrisburg is pleased to announce the 2015-2016 Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) All-Academic Team. The Lion athletic teams had 89 men and women earn the honor to be on the All-Academic team this year. To make the team, athletes must receive a 3.2 GPA over the course of the entire year.
St. Leonard, Maryland- The 2015 CAC Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Championship meet was hosted by St. Mary’s on Saturday, October 31st in St. Leonard, Maryland. The women ran a 6k while the men ran an 8k. Both the Penn State Harrisburg men’s and women’s cross country teams had several individuals place in the championship race.
Carlisle, Pa.- This morning the Penn State Harrisburg women’s cross country team competed at the Dickinson Long Short Invitational against some of the top teams in the region. The women only ran the four kilometer race in hopes of training on being aggressive and running fast times in this challenging invitational. The women had some exciting additions to their squad this week in hopes to strengthen their lead pack and add depth to their team.
St. Mary’s- Yesterday morning the Penn State Harrisburg men’s and women’s cross country teams traveled to St. Mary’s College to run in the Second Annual Seahawk Invitational. It was a very warm and muggy morning for the race. The men’s team placed ninth while the women’s team placed eleventh.
