October 27, 2015 Penn State Harrisburg Upsets Mary Washington Middletown, Pa- After a difficult loss to Christopher Newport this past weekend, the Penn State Harrisburg women’s soccer came out strong this afternoon against Mary Washington. The game remained scoreless all the way through the first seventy-three minutes. The Nittany Lions proved to be the better team by winning 2-1.
October 24, 2015 Penn State Harrisburg Battles Christopher Newport Newport News, Va.- It was a very exciting day for the Penn State Harrisburg women’s soccer team. The Nittany Lions traveled to Christopher Newport for a must win conference game. The women put up a very solid team effort but unfortunately fell to the Captains 3-2.

October 21, 2015 Blue and White Come Up Short Against York (Pa.) Middletown, Pa.- This afternoon the Penn State Harrisburg women’s soccer team hosted fellow CAC competitor York (Pa.) in a key conference game. The Nittany Lions put up a solid effort throughout the entire game but fell to the Spartans 4-3.
October 17, 2015 Penn State Harrisburg Cruises to Victory on Senior Day Middletown, Pa. – The Penn State Harrisburg women’s soccer team planned to honor their seniors on Saturday October 17th, but instead of just celebrating their time with the program, the ladies made it extra special as every field playing senior scored a goal on top of senior goalkeeper Samantha Kutcher (Lititz, Pa. / Warwick) earning her second straight shutout in the 8-0 win over the Southern Virginia Knights.
October 13, 2015 Penn State Harrisburg Shuts Down Lancaster Bible Lancaster, Pa.- The Penn State Harrisburg women’s soccer team had a great day at non conference opponent Lancaster Bible College. The women scored two goals in the first half and then dominated the rest of the game both offensively and defensively.

Athletes Of The Week

Cameron Yon - Men's Track and FieldYon took home his first individual CAC Outdoor Championship this past weekend as he won the men's discus throw. he threw a little over 163 feet (49.69 Meters) to take home first place as well as qualifying him for the ECAC Outdoor Championships held on May 18th and 19th. Yon will be in action again this week when he travels to compete in the Penn Relay's with teams from around the country.
Ashley Williams - Women's Track and FieldWilliams claimed her 2nd individual CAC title this past weekend as she won the 100 meter hurdles running the event in a time of 14.39 seconds. Williams will look towards the ECAC Outdoor Championships to lower her time to qualify for the NCAA Championships in late March.
