February 4, 2017 Women's Basketball Dominates Southern Virginia Buena Vista, Va.- The Penn State Harrisburg women’s basketball team cruised past Southern Virginia on Saturday February 4th for a much needed conference win. Kaitlyn Carmo led for the Blue and White with 26 points and 9 rebounds. Shanique Mattis finished the day with a double double at 18 points and 11 rebounds.
February 1, 2017 Penn State Harrisburg Falls Short to Frostburg State Middletown, Pa.- The Penn State Harrisburg women’s basketball team dropped their third conference win at home on Wednesday February 1st against the visiting Frostburg State Bobcats. The visitors came out strong in the first quarter to secure an early lead before pulling ahead in the final quarter to beat Harrisburg 66-51.
January 28, 2017 Penn State Harrisburg Battles #5 Christopher Newport Newport News, Va.- The fifth-ranked Christopher Newport women’s basketball team slid past Penn State Harrisburg on Saturday afternoon 75-57, in order to remain undefeated. Senior guard Kailtyn Carmo led for the Blue and White with 14 points and 10 rebounds.
January 25, 2017 Women's Basketball Loses at York (Pa.) 58-43 York, Pa.- The Penn State Harrisburg women’s basketball squad fell behind York (Pa.) College in the second half and could not recover as the Spartans posted a 58-43 victory over the Lion’s on Wednesday January 25th.
January 21, 2017 Carmo Sets Record, Lady Lions Hold on to Late Lead for Win Over Seahawks Middletown, Pa - Shanique Mattis had 16 points to go along with 7 rebounds, and helped push the Lady Lions (4-13, 2-8) to their second conference win of the season. In a contest that never saw a lead grow beyond 10 points, it was the home team’s determination and hustle throughout the game--and especially in the third quarter--that helped them to prevail.
January 18, 2017 Fast Start Carries Marymount to Victory Over Harrisburg Marymount, Va.- Marymount outshot the Lion’s for the first three quarters to bolt down a large lead over Harrisburg on Wednesday evening. Despite Penn State Harrisburg’s best efforts in the fourth quarter, Marymount cruised to a 69-42 victory on their home court.

Chase Vilga - Men's SoccerPenn State Harrisburg senior Chase Vilga earned Penn State Harrisburg male Player of the Week accolades after tallying four goals and three assist in a 2-1 week for the Lions.  Vilga scored two goals and had two assist in their 8-1 win over Clarks Summit,  one goal and an assist in a 4-0 win over PSU Berks and the Lions lone goal against Elizabethtown College.
