November 21, 2017 Lady Lions Fall in First CAC Game of Season Middletown, Pa. – The Penn State Harrisburg women’s basketball team played host to Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) foe Wesley College on Tuesday November 21st.  Janel Brown and Tessa Dolce combined for 25 of the Lions 45, but Harrisburg was unable to slow down the Wolverines in the second half as the visitors went home with a 59-45 win. 
November 19, 2017 Mattis Records Double-Double Gwynedd Valley, PA – Penn State Harrisburg could not overcome an early deficit against Sage College falling in the consolation game of the Gwynedd Mercy tip-off tournament. Shanique Mattis led the Lions offensively with 18 points and 10 rebounds. All-Tournament team member Janel Brown added 14 points and 8 rebounds.
November 18, 2017 Missed Free Throws Prove Costly in Loss to Gwynedd Mercy Gwynedd Valley, Pa. – The Penn State Harrisburg Lady Lions traveled to face off against the Gwynedd Mercy Griffins on Saturday November 18, 2017.  Both teams went back and forth through most of the early part of the game, but eventually Gwynedd Mercy pulled away and finished the game with a 61-50 win.   
November 15, 2017 Brown, Dolce Post Double-Doubles In Win Langhorne, PA – The Penn State Harrisburg Women’s Basketball team got strong efforts from its two seniors Tessa Dolce and Janel Brown who each posted a double-double. The Lions built a six-point lead in the first quarter, taking control of the game thanks to a decisive advantage in rebounds 56-21. The offense got a boost from Shanique Mattis who scored 14 points for the Blue & White. The Lions defense forced 14 turnovers in route to the victory. 
November 14, 2017 Women's Basketball Preseason Preview and Poll The Penn State Harrisburg women's basketball team are hopeful they can make their first Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) playoff push in the 2017-2018 season. October 19, 2017 Penn State Harrisburg Announces 2017-18 Women's Basketball Schedule Harrisburg. Pa – Penn State Harrisburg Athletic Director Rashaan Carlton and Head Women's Basketball Coach Ross Patrick have released the 2017-18 schedule, set to tip off the regular season on November 15 at Carin University.

Jalil Clayton - Track and FieldJalil Clayton was named Men's Athlete of the Week for his performances at the River Hawk Opener where he broke the school record in the 60M Hurdles (8.34) and qualified for both the Capital Athlete Conference and Eastern College Athletic Conference Championships
Sarah Lehman - Track and FieldSarah Lehman was named Women's Athlete of the Week for her record breaking performance at the River Hawk Opener. She broke the Capital Athletic Conference record in the Triple Jump at 11.33M. She also placed first in the Long Jump at the meet.
