September 11, 2016 Repetz, Mikomoto Lead the Way at Dutchmen Invitational Lebanon, Pa.- Veronica Repetz and Edgar Makimoto led the way for Penn State Harrisburg’s cross country teams at the 44th annual Dutchmen Invitational, held at Union Canal Tunnel Park on Saturday September 10th.
September 2, 2016 MEN'S CROSS COUNTRY PRESEASON POLL YORK, Pa. - - After finishing second in the first two years as members of the conference, Christopher Newport broke through in 2015, placing five runners among the top 12 in the championship race to capture its first CAC Men’s Cross Country Championship. With seven all-conference performers back in the fold this fall, it’s no surprise that the Captains were the unanimous pick to repeat in a vote among conference head coaches.

June 28, 2016 Penn State Harrisburg Announces 2015-2016 CAC All-Academic Team Middletown, Pa. - Penn State Harrisburg is pleased to announce the 2015-2016 Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) All-Academic Team. The Lion athletic teams had 89 men and women earn the honor to be on the All-Academic team this year. To make the team, athletes must receive a 3.2 GPA over the course of the entire year.
June 1, 2016 2015-2016 Top Ten Moments: #9 Men's and Women's Cross Country In the fall the Penn State Harrisburg men’s and women’s cross country teams hosted the first Annual Bud Smitley Invitational. The Lion’s hosted Lebanon Valley, Lancaster Bible, Penn Stata Monto-Alt, and McDaniel for the meet. Lebanon Valley finished first, followed by McDaniel, Lancaster Bible, and Penn State Harrisburg. The event unfortunately was cold, rainy, and very muddy but it was a very successful first home meet for the cross country teams.
November 1, 2015 Fuhrman Leads for Penn State Harrisburg at CAC Championships St. Leonard, Maryland- The 2015 CAC Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Championship meet was hosted by St. Mary’s on Saturday, October 31st in St. Leonard, Maryland. The women ran a 6k while the men ran an 8k. Both the Penn State Harrisburg men’s and women’s cross country teams had several individuals place in the championship race.

Athletes Of The Week

Tyler Shank - Men's GolfTyler Shank (Men's Golf) - Shank finished 9th overall in last weekend's CAC Golf Championship, while also earning himself second team all conference honors along the way. Shank shot a +8(80) on day one, and improved with a +3(75) on day two.
Dominique Emmett - SoftballDominique Emmett (Softball) - Emmett had a strong week for the softball team, going 5-for-15 (.333) across five starts. In those games, Emmett added a homerun, two doubles, three runs, and four rbis to her season totals.
