The pair of freshmen finished second and third, respectively, with Redman posting a 76 (+4) and Xu shooting a 77 (+5). Redman competed in a playoff with Penn State Altoona's Andrew Ferguson before eventually earning the runner-up spot. As a team, the Lions secured a second-place finish thanks to a score of 320 (+32), just two strokes off the mark of the victors from Penn State Altoona.
Ian Martin nearly broke 80 on the day and his 81 (+9) was good enough to earn him a share of eighth place overall. Joshua Africa finished right behind his teammate, as his 82 (+10) secured him a share of 10th place. Andrew Fink and Josh Swartz completed the Penn State Harrisburg group of competitors, with Fink carding an 86 (+14) and Swartz shooting an 89 (+17).
After competing twice in three days this week, the Blue & White will get three days to prepare before returning to action at the Susquehanna Spring Invitational in Selinsgrove on Sunday afternoon, April 11.
