Harrisburg, PA. – Penn State Harrisburg rallied in the ninth inning to pick up a 3-2 victory over Elizabethtown. The Lions were led by Miguel Torres who went 3-4 in the game including a triple in the ninth inning that tied the game at 2. Scott Angstadt Jr singled to right field driving in Ryan Kennington who scored the game winning run.

How it Happened:
After a slow start to the game, the Lions got on the board first in the top of the fourth inning. Casey Winters singled to center field to lead off the inning and advance to second on a wild pitch. Miguel Torres doubled to left field driving in Winters to capture the lead.
On the mound, Brandon Riggs pitched five innings for the Lions allowing just three hits while striking out five Blue Jays.
Elizabethtown would strike in the eighth inning scoring two runs to take the lead. With their backs against the wall, the Lions had an answer in the ninth inning. Winters led off the inning with another single to center. Matt Taylor would pinch run for him and Torres took advantage blasting a triple to center field scoring Taylor and tying the game at 2. Later in the inning with two runners on, pinch hitter Scott Angstadt Jr. delivered a single that scored Ryan Kennington which proved to be the game winning run.
